Reversi is an exciting strategy board game for two players, played on an 8×8 unchecked board. The game has simple rules and can be learned fairly quickly.

The Goal Of Reversi:

If you want to win, you need to finish the game with a greater number of pieces on the board than your opponent does. The game pieces may either be dark or light in color, similar to checkers or chess. The winner of the game is decided by each participant counting the number of their own pieces that are still on the board after the game has ended.

How To Play Reversi:

To begin the game, each player must place two of their pieces on the board's four center squares. Typically, the pieces are arranged diagonally from one another. After set-up, each player may make one move every turn, with black commonly going first.

You add one new piece to the board each round. The selected square is where the piece remains, unlike chess, squares cannot be moved.

Each piece you put must capture a piece from your opponent. This implies you must position your pieces near one of your opponent's pieces. You cannot place your piece on a square that does not result in a capture.

Capturing a piece is easy: just place your piece next to the opponent's piece in any position, and that piece and any nearby pieces become yours. You may place your piece next to or diagonally across from your opponent's. Both choices result in captures.

Tips And Tricks

Each piece you put in has an impact on the game's final result. Here are some things to remember in order to win every time.
