You have to use your peak IQ to make it easier. The game makes you think to find a way through a new level. You need to use the arrow keys to make the worm move through the different terrain. It sounds easy, but game creators always know how to make your life go to a dead end. It is easy to get stuck between these blocks, or your worm may not be long enough to get through it.
